excerpt:

Hannah has sunny-funny toes
Gabby has splashy-splashy toes
Edie has beachy-breezy toes
Abha has squishy-squeezy toes
Oliver has piggledy-wiggledy toes

What parents haven't tickled their infant's toes or played "This Little Piggy" with them? In this joyful celebration of babies' and toddlers' toes, double-page spreads present a line of text on the left hand side and full colour photographs on the right.

Alliteration and rhyme add fun and vibrancy to the text of Toesy Toes while the colour photographs show babies using their toes to walk on the beach, jump and bounce and having their toes lathered with soap, rinsed and tickled.

The babies represent various ethnicities and demonstrate delight and curiosity. Little ones will enjoy looking at the smiling faces of babies just like themselves in the pages of this board book.

Recommended.
