OWL magazine introduces their "Green World" series with The Puzzlers Book. The reader explores the different environments of the world from city through ocean to space through riddles, puzzles, quizzes and activities. Each fun-filled page provides children with important information about the world around them. The objective of this book is to encourage children to become aware of how they interact with nature. The Puzzlers Book offers young readers more than interesting activities. It provides information, suggestions for projects on helping the environment, and addresses of organizations for children interested in further information on the topic of saving our environment. Solutions to the puzzles are provided. The attractive organization (blank on one side of the page) allows you to remove separate activities from the book if you choose to. This feature might be useful for teachers or group leaders. The illustrations are delightful and enhance each activity. This book is printed on recycled paper.
