Monsters is the fourth book in the Scholastic "Sticker Fun" series. It is available in English and French.

Thirty monsters are each described on a separate page, usually in two or three paragraphs. All types of monsters have their place in this who's who of the monster world: movie monsters like King Kong and Mummies; lake monsters like the Lock Ness Monster, Ogopogo and Manipogo; monsters from myth and legend like the Griffin, Cyclops, the Gorgons and the Minotaur; and modern monsters like the Phantom Kangaroos and Mothman.

The two pages of brightly coloured peel-and-stick stickers are on the front and back pages of the book. The stickers, which serve as the book's illustrations, are meant to be transferred to the boxes on the page that discusses the particular monster.

Monsters is fun and light-hearted. Did you know that many vampires "are elegant dressers. But because mirrors can't pick up vampires' reflections, they can't ever see how nice they look!" The vocabulary and tone of Monsters are appropriate for its intended readers.

This latest addition to Scholastic's "Sticker Fun" series is sure to prove popular.
