This is an owner/builder's manual designed to help home owners add a sunwing to a house or cottage. Examples include modest and large structures in rural and urban settings. The book is illustrated with line drawings that delineate the inner workings of the projects and black-and-white photos of existing sunwings that have been chosen to show varieties that are available. The author deals with the problems as well as the benefits of such additions, along with details such as costs. Eight indexes include sources from across Canada. Recommended for public libraries and high schools that offer technical courses or units on solar energy possibilities.
