Fit All Over offers a complete program of exercises for people who seek physical fitness. The contributors to this booklet are well-known as instructors within their field, and have published previous books and exercise programs. Their advice is clear and succinct, their directions are enhanced by numerous cartoon sketches.

An introductory chapter offers general advice and safety guidelines, the latter a useful contribution at a time when so much is written about athletic injuries. Exercises are given according to body part and are labelled according to difficulty. There is a section on aerobic rules so that the aerobic exercises will be safe and effective.

The format of this book is attractive, the presentation easily-read, and the price is right. It is recommended for purchase by high school libraries.
