The authors of Kids in the Kitchen* and More Kids in the Kitchen** have produced another winner. This cookbook contains recipes for fast foods loved by kids and usually purchased at fast-food outlets. The authors warn the cooks that making these foods at home is fun but not fast because they are not made in an assembly line.

All recipes are metric and are labelled "E" for easy, "M" for medium or "H" for hard. Some recipes are marked "H Adult Supervision" because they involve deep frying. The recipes are very clear and list ingredients and utensils required, the steps are numbered and include precise directions for timing.

Contents are arranged in six sections: "Hamburger Haven," "Family Diner," "International Fast Foods," "Salad Bar," "Sweet Shop," and "Ice Cream Parlour." Young cooks will enjoy making their favourite fast foods at home following the directions in this fascinating book.
